IRTrans COM port commands

Postby RomanS » Thu 2. Apr 2015, 13:45

I have few media controller and I would like to configure it for stand-alone work ( without IRTrans server ) .
One of devices already configured to work directly from COM port command - I send on it command ( snd Telenet,OK\r\n) and get IR command on AIR and response from device OK on COM port .

How I can configure other devices to work like this but with other IR commands?
Codes I already learn into IRTrans server SW .

the Basic Syntax for sending is:
Code: Select all
snd <remote_name>,<command_name>\r\n

replace <remote_name> and <command_name> with the names you entered for the commands during learning.

After learning of the codes they Need to be flashed to the Mediacontroller's IRDB. Start the IRServer, go to the Device Database Dialogue and select the appropriate remotes. Then Flash them to the device. After that has been done correctly your Mediacontroller will react to ASCII commands as shown.

What Resolution does your Screen have? This sometime happens on Screens with less than 768px height. Try an external larger Screen with your PC if that's the case.
