Every 2-3 hours the connection is dropped. Then i can't recconect on port 21000. In same time i have connection to http.
Sometimes only a half of my devices have got this problem, another half works fine.
Everything starts to work only after reboot (via Http or physical shutdown)

Hi,
that is unusual. It might happen that the connection is dropped, however you should be able to reconnect.

Please note that the IRTrans devices only support 4 TCP connections at the same time.

Which firmware versions do your devices have ?

You might also use UDP instead of TCP as it is connectionless.

Which commands do you need ?

The supported commands can be found in the IRTrans Ethernet manual.

We will release a new firmware shortly that supports all TCP ASCII Commands with UDP.
